Vidatox Shop Refund Policy
We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
Your Vidatox product arrives damaged, such as spills or cracks in the bottle.
You receive the wrong item due to an error in processing.
Your package is lost in transit and never delivered.
To request a refund, you must provide proof of damage or loss, such as photos of the damaged item and packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund request, contact us at cubanpharmacy@gmail.com. Please note that refund requests must be approved before processing.
If your request is accepted, we will process your refund back to the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your Vidatox product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns of any products. Additionally, we cannot provide refunds for:
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Delays in shipping unless the package is confirmed lost.
Sale items or gift cards.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
